Warm your milk. Use a frothing wand to whisk and create a foam level of your liking. Or you can use other methods to foam milk. For example, you can pour warmed milk in a jar, screw the lid very tightly and shake away!
Mix all the other ingredients in a small pan over medium heat, and bring to simmer. Pour the mix into a heat-safe blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a mug.
Add milk foam and sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired.
(Note: Our Chaga powder is very fine and mixes easily but does not dissolve in water)
