Subscription Policy

Subscribe and Save Terms

By subscribing to our Subscribe and Save option, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Flexible Management:

    • You can skip or modify your subscription orders at any time by logging into your account.
    • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order to take effect.

  2. Pricing:

    • Subscriptions made during sales will honor the sale price only for the duration of the sale. Once the sale ends, the regular subscription price will apply to subsequent orders.
    • Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.

  3. Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation must be done 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for that order.

    • Please note: removing a payment card from Shop Pay does not automatically cancel active subscriptions created through Shop Pay. Even if a card is removed from the Shop Pay wallet or checkout, subscription billing may continue using the same underlying payment method.

      If you want to use a different payment method for a subscription, you can update it in your Shop account at shop.app/account/subscriptions.

      To cancel a subscription, you must follow the cancellation process through our storefront. Deleting a card from your Shop Pay wallet alone will not cancel an active subscription.

  4. Billing and Shipping:

    • Subscriptions will be billed and shipped automatically based on the schedule you select during checkout.
