Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
The best part about this Blueberry Smoothie Bowl is the toppings. Keep it super simple by adding just banana, raspberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and dried blueberries for added nutrients, fiber, and protein.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 fresh banana for topping
- 1 tbsp LOOV wild blueberry powder
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries plus more for topping
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds plus more for topping
- Coconut flakes and LOOV organic wild blueberries for topping
1. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Put it in a box or a plastic bag and place it in a deep freeze for 12 hours.
3. In a blender, mix together frozen banana, blueberry powder, raspberries, chia seeds, and almond milk.
4. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
5. Slice the fresh banana.
6. Decorate the bowl with banana slices, chia seeds, coconut flakes and dried blueberries.
