In a small saucepan, melt white chocolate. Add coconut milk and almond milk, vanilla extract. Whisk to combine on medium heat. Taste for sweetness and add some sugar if you want. Add blueberry powder and whisk to combine (use a milk frother if needed).
Serve hot and garnish with marshmallows, if desired.
