LOOV Vegan Mac and Cheese with nutritional yeast

Vegan Mac and Cheese

  Servings: 4  
  • 1 cup (250g) your favorite pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup (about 400-500ml) milk / vegan milk
  • 1/2 cup (30-40g) LOOV Organic Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  Cook pasta. In a large pan over medium heat add oil and chopped onion. Cook a little bit and then add chopped garlic, paprika powder, flour and stir until combined. Slowly add in milk and whisk. Cook about 3 minutes until thickened. Add nutritional yeast and whist to combine- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and combine. If it is a little dry, add milk and serve.
