Raspberry Semolina Foam

Preparation time: about 30 min

Serving: 4  

1. Bring milk to a boil.

2. Pour semolina quickly into the boiling milk stirring vigorously to avoid any clumps.

3. Add sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and raspberry powder and simmer in low heat for about 10 minutes.

4. Add more sugar if it is necessary.

5. Pour into a large bowl and let cool down.

6. Whisk the cool porridge until it is fluffy.

7. Serve with cold milk.
