Raspberry pudding
Light, chilled treat is exactly what we grave from time to time. Bright pink colour and sweet & tart notes don't hurt either. Elevate your well-being with the wholesome essence of raspberries, preserved to perfection.

- 8.8 oz (2 50 g) apple sauce
- 2 egg whites
- 5 1/4 oz ( 150 g) sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp LOOV Organic Raspberry Powder
- 3 tsp Agar Agar powder
- 6.8 oz ( 2 dl) water
- 7 scoops of Greek Yogurt
1. Whisk the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, raspberry powder, and apple sauce into a foam.
2. Add Agar Agar to the water and bring it to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and pour it into the foam.
4. Whisk and pour it into silicone form.
5. Let stand in the fridge for about 2 hours.
6. Serve with a scoop of greek yogurt and a pinch of raspberry powder.
