Raspberry Pudding

LOOV Raspberry pudding dessert recipe

Raspberry pudding

  Preparation time: about 15 min Serving: 7  
  • 250g (8.8 oz) apple sauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 150g (5 1/4 oz) sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp LOOV Organic Raspberry Powder
  • 3 tsp Agar Agar powder
  • 2 dl (6.8 oz) water
  • 7 scoops of Greek Yogurt
  Whisk the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, Raspberry powder, and apple sauce into a foam. Add Agar Agar to the water and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and pour it into the foam. Whisk and pour it into silicone form. Let stand in the fridge for about 2 hours. Serve with a scoop of greek yogurt and a pinch of raspberry powder. Enjoy!
