Overnight Porridge with Aronia Powder

Those sleepy mornings... How about preparing your breakfast already last night? Overnight porridge is a healthy and filling breakfast, with aronia berries being the secret ingredient that really takes the cake. Aronia berries are loaded with nutrients and are high in fiber and vitamin C.

Amount: 1 bowl

  • 1 cup (80 g) rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp LOOV Organic Aronia Powder
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk of choice for a very thick consistency or more for a lighter consistency
  • Drizzle of maple syrup or honey, if desired

1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, coconut, cinnamon, aronia powder.

2. Add almond butter and then milk and stir to combine.

3. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.

4. Serve with strawberries and almonds.
