Baked Polenta with Raspberry Powder

Polenta for breakfast? Absolutely! Our creamy polenta is a great way to start your day with. Raspberry powder really brings polenta to new hight, adding sweet-and-sour tartness, vitamins and antioxidants. Our organic freeze-dried raspberry powder is a perfect way to easily add nutritious raspberries to your diet without worrying about the uncomfortable feeling of raspberry seeds between your teeth.

Amount: 2 servings  

  • 1/2 cup (80 g) Polenta
  • 3 to 4 (700 ml) cups of water
  • 2-3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, more to taste
  • 1 tbsp LOOV Organic Raspberry Powder
  • 1 tbsp butter (or vegan butter)

1. In a medium pot, bring 3 cups of water to a high simmer.

2. Slowly whisk in the polenta.

3. Add 1 more cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. If your polenta is very thick, whisk in more water. The polenta should be creamy and nice.

5. Turn off the heat and whisk in butter, raspberry powder, sea salt, and agave.

6. Serve with your favourite berries.
