Crispy Asparagus with Nutritional Yeast

Crispy asparagus with nutritional yeast is a great addition to any meal. It also works a perfect snack for asparagus lovers. Organic nutritional yeast is packed with natural B vitamins, including B9. Our nutritional yeast provides a plant-based way to enhance energy and support overall well-being.

Amount: 4 servings  

  • Punch of asparagus washed, dried and wood ends removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (65 g) breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp LOOV Organic Nutritional Yeast 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste  

1. Preheat the oven to 392 F (200 C).

2. Place the trimmed asparagus in a bowl.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and use your hands to evenly coat the asparagus.

4. Transfer the asparagus and breadcrumb mixture onto a prepared baking sheet and arrange it into one even layer.

5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the asparagus are just tender.

6. Serve warm and sprinkle some nutritional yeast on top for that extra cheesy flavour.
