Cranberry Sauce for Christmas Meals
Ingredients:
2 cups (500ml) water1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
Method:
Heat the water and add the sugar.
Mix the cranberry powder and cornstarch in ½ cup (100ml) of water, then add it to the boiling water and sugar. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
