Cookie Cake with Berries
Dried blueberries and lingonberries are a perfect stock item to add nutrients to your food. Our freeze-dried blueberries and lingonberries and are excellent for hyper-healthy snacking, ideal for nibbling or cooking!
Amount: 8-10 pieces
- 10.6 oz (300 g) cookies
- 7oz (200 g) butter / vegan butter
- 2 tbsp cacao / raw cacao
- 1/4 cups (75 g) condensed milk /vegan coconut condensed milk
- 1/2 cups (100 g) hazelnuts
- 1/4 cups (20 g) LOOV Organic Freeze-Dried Whole Wild Lingonberries
- 1/4 cups (20 g) LOOV Organic Freeze-Dried Whole Wild Blueberries
1. Melt butter and mix in the cacao powder.
2. Crush the cookies into smaller pieces.
3. Add chopped hazelnuts, dried blueberries and lingonberries.
4. Add butter and cacao mix and condensed milk. Mix.
5. Take smaller bread form, cover with parchment paper and pour in the mix.
6. Put in the freezer for a few hours and then enjoy!
