Cookie Cake with Berries

  Amount: 8-10 pieces  

• 10.6 oz (300g) cookies
• 7oz (200g) butter / vegan butter
• 2 Tbsp cacao / raw cacao
• 1/4 cups (75g) condensed milk /vegan coconut condensed milk
• 1/2 cups (100g) hazelnuts
• 1/4 cups (20g) LOOV Organic Freeze-Dried Whole Wild Lingonberries
• 1/4 cups (20g) LOOV Organic Freeze-Dried Whole Wild Blueberries

  Melt butter and mix in the cacao powder. Crush the cookies into smaller pieces. Add chopped hazelnuts, lingonberries, blueberries. Then add butter and cacao mix and condensed milk. Mix. Take smaller bread form and cover with parchment paper and pour in the mix. Put in the freezer for a few hours and then enjoy!
