"Cheesy" Kale Chips
Kale chips with nutritional yeast are almost a perfect snack: crispy, salty, cheesy. You can't resist them and there is actually no need to. :) Nutritional Yeast is high in B vitamins and folate, making it an important resource for people who follow a plant-based diet.
- 2.9 cups (200 g) roughly chopped and de-stemmed Kale
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp LOOV Organic Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast
- Salt
- Pepper
1. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil on kale.
2. Use your hands to spread olive oil and make sure all of the kale is covered.
3. Add nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper and mix to disperse evenly.
4. Place kale in the oven or air fryer on 392 F (200 C) and bake for 6-8 minutes, until crispy, but not burned.
5. Serve at once and sprinkle some nutritional yeast on top for that extra cheesy falvour.
