Add coconut milk into a small saucepan.
Heat it up and then add blueberry powder. Whisk.
Add agar agar and whisk for about 5 minutes.
Whisk occasionally while the mixture is simmering so that none of the mixtures overcooks on the bottom or sides of the saucepan. Once the mixture is done, add agave and lemon juice.
Taste and if you like sweeter, then add more agave.
Spoon/pipet the mixture into the molds and place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
