Blackcurrant Pancakes with Creamy Blackcurrant Cream

  Amount: about 15 pancakes   Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup (200g) buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 Tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 Tbsp LOOV Organic Blackcurrant Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • oil for frying
  Sauce:   Mix dry ingredients, add egg, agave syrup, and milk. Bake little pancakes. For a sauce mix all the sauce ingredients and serve with pancakes. Enjoy!
