Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Use about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to grease the bottom and sides of a loaf pan.
Combine oatmeal, almond butter, coconut oil, honey, and salt in a bowl. Press the mixture tightly into the bottom and sides of the muffin tins, leaving a recess in the middle for the yogurt. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the baskets are nicely golden and the edges are brown. Allow to cool down completely and carefully remove the baskets from the molds.
Mix yogurt with Aronia powder, and agave, and fill the baskets. Add your favorite fruits and serve.
