Caffein-free Chaga Mushroom Latte
Chaga mushroom offers a perfect alternative to start your day without caffeine! The mushroom is packed with vitamins, minerals and is a great source of antioxidants!
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (1.2 dl) plant milk (almond or coconut for example)
- 2 tsp LOOV organic Chaga mushroom powder
- 1/2 cup (1.2 dl) hot water
- 1 tsp honey or agave/maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. Warm your milk.
2. Use a frothing wand to whisk and create a foam level of your liking. Or you can use other methods to foam milk. For example, you can pour warmed milk in a jar, screw the lid very tightly and shake away!
3. Mix all the other ingredients in a small pan over medium heat, and bring to simmer.
4. Pour the mix into a heat-safe blender and mix until smooth.
5. Pour into a mug. Add milk foam and sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy!
(Note: Our Chaga powder is very fine and mixes easily but does not dissolve in water)
