Our policy lasts 14 days from the day products are received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
If you have noticed that the product is defective, or you have detected any quality issues, please get in touch with us at hello@loovfood.com
Please provide your order ID and describe the issue. Please also provide images if those help better describe the issue (i.e.,the problem is visible) along with the batch number of the product. We will review it within two working days and get back to you with a reply. If eligible for a refund, this will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: For eligible refunds, we will process a returnless refund by default, permitting you to retain the product. However, we reserve the right to request the return of the product if further inspection is necessary. Therefore, please do not dispose of the product(s) or relevant evidence about the quality issue until you have heard back from us.
PLEASE NOTE
Any potential customs duty or import tax is not subject for refund. LOOV Organic has no control over the process of additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country and cannot take any responsibility for any circumstances occurring during customs process.
Late or missing refunds
If you are eligible for a refund but haven’t received it yet, please take the following steps:
1. check your bank account again;
2. contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
3. contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
