Black Currant 3-Ingredient Coconut Balls

Amount: 10 balls
- 1 1/3 cups (150 g) desiccated coconut
- 1 can of unsweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp LOOV Freeze-Dried Organic Blackcurrant Powder
1. Place the desiccated coconut and blackcurrant powder in a medium bowl and pour the sweetened condensed milk over the coconuts.
2. Using a spatula, mix everything together until all the coconut is coated in sweetened condensed milk.
3. Roll little coconut balls and chill in the fridge before serving!
