Shipping Process
We ship our products worldwide with DHL, or other shipping services.
We offer free delivery (excluding duty tax) for all orders over 81€ / $89 / £69
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from the carrier about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. The tracking system will also allow you to customize your delivery preferences, manage delivery times and locations, and keep track of your deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE
– in some countries duty tax might be asked in the customs.
– we are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
– sales tax and all the other delivery fees are included while making a purchase.
The delivery time depends on your country but within 1-7 days your order will be delivered.
Changing the Delivery Address
Please note that all orders are handled immediately and are automatically processed by the system. Hence, any changes in the delivery address after confirming the order are therefore no longer possible.
Once you have received the order confirmation and tracking details from the courier company, the change of delivery address is only possible by contacting the courier company directly. Please provide the tracking details for them to be able to look up your delivery.

Responsibility & Delays
You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase.
All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page.
If the shipping or billing information is incorrect, contact us immediately to avoid issues or delays.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility on delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, strikes, network system failures or accidents.
Delays in delivery may occur if a package is randomly selected by the destination country’s customs department or agency for inspection.
We cannot take any responsibility for any circumstances occurring during customs process.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of an order into any country.
We do not profit from these charges, and we work closely with carriers to try and avoid delays.
