Ingredients:

  • 3 dl plain yogurt
  • 3 tsp of wild blueberry powder
  • 2 tbsp spelt wheat crisps or any other toppings you like

Instructions:

Stir together yogurt and blueberry powder until creamy. Add spelt wheat crisps for a nutritious breakfast snack. You can add various berries, fruits and other similar crisps to the mix.
