• 1 dl 8-grain flakes
  • 2 dl milk or water
  • 2 heaping tsp organic wild cranberry powder
  • For decorations: half a pear (optional)
  • A little salt for seasoning


Heat the milk to boil and add flakes. Stir and cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add cranberry powder.

Take the pot off the stove and leave the porridge stay under the lid for few minutes. At the same time slice the pear. The porridge is ready to eat when it has gained a nice creamy texture and turned pink in color.

You can also add other LOOV`s organic wild berry powders to the porridge and use fresh berries for decoration. Do not forget to add the powder after the heat is being turned off.  The vitamins of the berry powder will disappear if overheated.
