Serves 1-2

Prepare the buckwheat the night before. Add the buckwheat groats and water into a bowl or a jar, cover it and refrigerate. After the buckwheat has soaked, drain it and wash with clean water (leave a teaspoon full for garnish).

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, pour the mixture in a glass or a jar, garnish and enjoy!
