- 1 jar of organic coconut milk
- ¾ tsp of agar-agar
- 3 tbsp agave syrup or some other sweetener
- Half a glass of organic wild blueberry juice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Heat the coconut milk, agar-agar, sweetener and vanilla in a pot. Bring to boil and then lower the heat.
Pour the mix in suitable ramekins and leave to cool down. When the panna cotta has cool down, place into the fridge. Ideally panna cotta should stay in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
