- 400 ml coconut milk
- 4 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs agave syrup (or other sweetener)
- 0,5 tbs lime juice
- 0,5 tl vanilla extract
- 250 ml blueberry juice
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- A pinch of cardamom
In separate bowls mix together coconut pudding and blueberry pudding ingredients. Put two bowls in a freezer for a few hours or overnight. Then layer the two mixtures one after another in a jar or a bowl.
You can add granola, different berries, coconut flakes or nuts to the pudding. This delicious dish can be a healthy dessert or a nutritious snack. Enjoy!
