Serves 2

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk
  • 400 g Skyr or Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp LOOV organic wild blueberry powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • Berries of your choice

Mix milk and Skyr or Greek yogurt until creamy. Stir in the oats, chia seeds, blueberry powder, vanilla, and agave. Cover the bowl and place it into the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.

Take two jars. Fill the jars to half with oat mixture, add peanut butter and top up with remaining oats and your favorite berries. You can cover the jar and enjoy the meal whenever or wherever you like!
