This blueberry oatmeal serves for 2

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 cups of oat milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp LOOV Organic Wild Blueberry fine powder
  • 1 tbs of honey or another sweetener (optional)
  • knob of butter (optional)
  • pumpkin or other seeds for garnish

Heat the milk, add the oats and salt. Stir for 5 min minutes until the porridge starts to simmer. Turn off the heat and leave the porridge to sit for 7-10 minutes.

Stir in the blueberry powder and the sweetener. Put the porridge in a bowl, garnish with butter and seeds of your joice. Enjoy!
