Makes about 8 blueberry granola bars
- 100 g of almond ﬂakes
- 20 g of chia seeds
- 50 g of oats
- 30 g dried bananas (chopped)
- 8 dates (chopped)
- 3 tsp of LOOV Organic Wild Blueberry ﬁne powder
- 3 tbs of honey (liquid)
- 3 tbs coconut oil
In a medium bowl mix together almond ﬂakes, chia seeds, oats, dried bananas, dates, and blueberry powder. Add honey and coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
Line a 15 x 15 cm baking pan with baking paper. Pour the mixture on the pan and press it very tightly together. Bake the mixture in 180 °C for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown on top.
Take the granola out of the oven and press it gently down again. Let it cool for 10 minutes and cut the granola bars but don’t take them out of the pan (the cut marks will make it easier to cut and take them out later).
Let the mixture cool completely and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Take the paper out of the pan and cut the bars. Enjoy as a dessert or a snack!
