8 tbsp. condensed milk OR 6 tbsp. agave syrup for a vegan version
1 tsp. vanilla extract
300g (10.6 oz) dark chocolate
6 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
Mix coconut, coconut cream, condensed milk (or agave), 4 tbsp. coconut oil, vanilla extract, and blueberry powder in a bowl to a sticky paste
Form the mix firmly into patties using your hands. If the paste is too sticky to make patties, you can freeze the mixture for few minutes before trying again.
After patties are formed freeze them until firm.
Melt the rest of the coconut oil and chocolate.
Using two forks, dip patties into the chocolate sauce and line them on a plate covered with wax or parchment paper. If you wish you can sprinkle some shredded coconut on your patties for garnishing.
After being covered with chocolate, re-freeze patties for few hours.
Enjoy!
