Approx. medium size 20 balls

  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of cardamom
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • A handful of cocoa nibs
  • A handful on coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp of LOOV Wild Blueberry Powder
  • Water for rolling

Mix the nuts and dates in a food processor. Add the almond flour, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and blueberry powder. Mix well!

If you wish, add some cocoa nibs for taste. Try to roll a ball in your hands. If the mixture is not sticking, add a bit of water.

If the mixture is ok, take a small portion of the mixture in your hands and roll a ball. If you wish, you can roll this ball in coconut flakes for extra taste and crunch.

If the flakes are not sticking, drop the ball in a bowl of water and then roll in the flakes. Refrigerate.

You can add different nuts and dried berries in your bliss balls. They are a perfect snack in-between the meals.
