Great recipe for breakfast or snack. Soak buckwheat groats overnight with 3-4 times the amount of water.
- 2 dl soaked or sprouted raw buckwheat
- 1 dl hemp seeds
- 9 fresh dates
- 1 glass of frozen blueberries (or 1-2 tbsp wild blueberry powder)
- 3 glasses of water or birch sap
Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
