Healthy and tasteful breakfast or snack. Serves 2:
- 2 handfuls of raw buckwheat groats
- 2 bananas
- 1 dl blackcurrant juice (you can also use other berry juices like blueberry or lingonberry juice)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Soak the buckwheat groats overnight. In the morning rinse the soaked buckwheat and put it in a blender. Add bananas, chia seeds and blackcurrant juice. Blend together until smooth.
