Serves 2

  • 8 tbs rolled oats
  • 2 tbs coconut flakes
  • 1 soft ripe banana
  • 1 dl 100% wild berry juice (blueberry, blackcurrant etc)
  • 2 tbs cashews
  • 2 tsp liquid, room temperature coconut oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbs raw jam of your liking

Puree the bananas with a fork. Rinse the rolled oats with hot water.

Mix together banana and coconut flakes. Add vanilla sugar, coconut oil and juice. Whip the mixture together. Add the mix to a jar, close tight and refrigerate overnight. Serve in the morning with roasted cashews and raw jam.
