- 8 tbs rolled oats
- 2 tbs coconut flakes
- 1 soft ripe banana
- 1 dl 100% wild berry juice (blueberry, blackcurrant etc)
- 2 tbs cashews
- 2 tsp liquid, room temperature coconut oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of vanilla sugar
- 4 tbs raw jam of your liking
Puree the bananas with a fork. Rinse the rolled oats with hot water.
Mix together banana and coconut flakes. Add vanilla sugar, coconut oil and juice. Whip the mixture together. Add the mix to a jar, close tight and refrigerate overnight. Serve in the morning with roasted cashews and raw jam.
