Ingredients:

  • 2,5 dl soured milk or vegetable milk (rice, oat etc)
  • 1 heaped tsp wild blueberry powder
  • 1 smaller banana

  • 1 heaped tsp wild cranberry powder
  • 1 smaller pear

  • 2,5 dl soured milk or vegetable milk (rice, oat etc)
  • 1 heaped tsp wild lingonberry powder
  • A handful of sea-buckthorn berries

Instructions:

The base of all these smoothies is the same – only the berry powder and additive changes. Pour milk into a deep container, add berry powder and additive (banana, pear, sea-buckthorn berries), blend it with a blender until the consistency is has become creamy in texture.

Pour into a glass and decorate according to the additives used. This healthy drink is best served fresh!
